After cleansing and toning, apply one patch under each eye using the enclosed spatula. Leave on for 20–30 minutes, then gently pat in any remaining essence until fully absorbed. Follow with moisturiser if desired.

For daytime use, apply SPF afterwards due to the presence of retinal.
