What happens in the fifteen minutes

The scan itself takes two minutes. The rest of the appointment is the part that matters. Your facialist takes the reading, sets it against what you already use and how your skin behaves through the year, and tells you what to change. Sometimes that is one product. Sometimes it is the order you apply them in.

You are not sold a routine. You are shown the reading and told honestly what would move it.

The £55

The appointment is £55, and it comes back to you as credit against anything you buy that day. Buy a serum on the strength of your reading and the analysis has cost you nothing.

Questions we are asked

Do I need to take my makeup off? Yes. The camera reads skin, not what is on it. Come bare faced, or arrive a few minutes early and we will take it off for you.

How long do the results take? They are on screen immediately, and you go through them with your facialist there and then.

Can I book it with a facial? Yes. It is available as an add-on to any Express or Signature facial, and that is the sensible way to take your first one.

Can I buy it for someone else? Yes. The AI Skin Analysis voucher is available online and valid for 12 months.
