VISITING US
Where exactly are you and what is the nearest tube?
Beauty Edit Mayfair is at 33 Berkeley Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8EN. Green Park is a four minute walk. Call 020 7244 8371 or book at beautyeditmayfair.com.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm. Saturday 10am to 6pm. Closed Sunday.
Can I browse the skincare without booking a treatment?
Yes. The boutique is open to walk in customers and you are welcome to test anything on the shelf. No appointment needed.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your facial. We ask for 24 hours notice to move or cancel your appointment.

I have never had a facial before. Which one should I book?
Start with a 60 minute Express facial. Your facialist will read your skin on the day and adjust to suit it. If you want a fuller reset with more time on massage, book a 90 minute Signature.
Do you do buccal massage?
Yes. The Buccal Express Facial is 60 minutes at £145 and the Buccal Signature Facial is 90 minutes at £215. Buccal massage is also available as a 20 minute add on at £45 alongside another facial. It works on the muscles inside the cheek to lift and define.
What add ons can I book?
Buccal massage 20 minutes £45. Fascial release 20 minutes £45. LED 30 minutes £35. Extractions 20 minutes £30. Neck and shoulders 20 minutes £45. AI Skin Analysis 15 minutes £55.
Do you offer a course of facials?
Yes. Pay for four 60 minute facials at £380 and the fifth is on us. Courses are available across all of our facial menus.
Is there anything for men?
Every facial on our menu is suitable for men. Book a 60 minute Express or a 90 minute Signature.
Do you offer makeup appointments?
Yes. A Make-Up Session is 45 minutes at £75, whether you have an occasion coming up or want to learn techniques and discover new brands.
AI SKIN ANALYSIS
What does the AI Skin Analysis look at?
The scan images your skin and reads the concerns you cannot see on the surface, then builds a personalised plan around them. The scan takes 2 minutes and we book 15 so there is time to talk through your results. It costs £55, redeemable against anything you buy in store.
MAKEUP AND RETAIL
Do I need to book for a clean makeup shade match, or can I walk in?
Walk in any time during opening hours and we will colour match you at 33 Berkeley Street. If you would prefer a dedicated one to one consultation, book online and we will hold the time for you.
Which skincare brands do you stock?
We stock a curated clean beauty range at 33 Berkeley Street, including Ilapothecary and et al. clean makeup. Come in and we will match you rather than sell you a routine you do not need.
Where can I buy Beauty Edit Mayfair products?
Beauty Edit Mayfair products are available at beautyeditmayfair.com and in our boutique at 33 Berkeley Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8EN.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Facial and boutique vouchers are available in store and at beautyeditmayfair.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Will I pay import duties on an international order?
Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import VAT, customs duties and a handling fee in the destination country. These are set by that country and are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance. Your local customs authority will confirm what applies.
ORDERS & BILLING

You can check your order status on your account page – the status will be updated as soon as your order is placed and again when your order ships.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, with the exception of national bank holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled same day if order is placed before 1pm, otherwise the next working day. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Beauty Edit Mayfair accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

including UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Australia and UAE
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30.

BREXIT
Orders valued at under €22 will remain part of the Low Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) Scheme for items sent to the EU and are not subject to VAT or duties until 1 July 2021 (subject to further extension date to be set by the EU).
Orders sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.
Orders sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee.
The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. We cannot advise on what these may be, you can contact the embassy or customs authority of the destination country for help, either directly or via their websites.
When returning a product to Beauty Edit Mayfair, you must clearly state on the parcel ‘UK Return – All Tax & Duties Paid’. If we receive a return, where this information has not been made clear and taxes & duties have been charged, we will not accept the return and it will be the customer's responsibility to clear these charges.
