The Ilapothecary Reset Vitamin A Serum is an intensive oil serum formulated around a gentle, plant-derived form of vitamin A that delivers all the regenerating, resurfacing and barrier-restoring benefits of retinol without the redness, peeling or sensitivity that conventional retinol can cause. It was designed for skin that needs deep repair: dry, dull, congested or noticeably aged skin that has lost its moisture balance and vitality.

The formula works by supporting the skin's natural cell turnover cycle, gradually revealing fresher, smoother and more even skin below the surface. Moisture is restored and held at deeper layers. Skin looks less tired, more lifted and more luminous with consistent use over four to six weeks.

Rich in texture but non-greasy. Absorbs fully without leaving residue and is suitable for use morning and evening. Particularly effective used overnight as part of a restorative skincare ritual.

How to use: Apply a small amount to cleansed skin, warming between fingertips before pressing gently into the face and neck. Use morning and evening. Follow with a moisturiser. Introduce gradually if new to vitamin A.
