When to Start Facials Before Your Wedding: A Twelve Week Plan

Start twelve weeks before your wedding, and book a facial every 21 days. Skin renews over weeks, not days, so spacing facials three weeks apart lets each one build on the last, and your fifth and final facial falls three to five days before the day.

Your five visits

Twelve weeks before, nine weeks, six weeks, three weeks, and three to five days before the wedding. The final visit is a facial your skin already knows, so nothing is new in the last fortnight.

What to leave alone

Nothing new in the final fortnight. That includes a new serum, a new treatment somewhere else and a change to your routine. Skin that has had time to settle photographs better than skin that is still adjusting.
