Kelsey's origins lie in the family farm in Canterbury, where Paul Kelsey, the brand owner lives with his family and has been one of the most successful raspberry famers in the country for 3 generations. 

The family became passionate about reducing waste as their farming operation grew and Paul undertook some research with a clinical testing agency to look at the properties within the raspberry, considering how best to put the ingredients to work.

The results were so strong the team moved straight into looking at how to transform these into a luxury skincare offering.
