How To Use
To CLEANSE, dampen the face, and massage Cleanse & Shave Nutrient Mud upwards in small circular motions. Remove with warm water and a clean face cloth. For optimal results, use in the morning and evening. To SHAVE, apply to half of your face, shave, then repeat on the other side. To COMBINE, shave first, then massage the mud residue around the face to cleanse. Rinse off and/or remove with a wet cloth.
How much is needed?
For face washing, a small piece the size of a blueberry with water is sufficient. For shaving, use a more significant portion the size of a blueberry.
Proverb is highly concentrated, so apply less than your instincts suggest. The mineral clays are white, so always use a cloth to remove it. Wherever possible, cleanse with a clean face cloth. The stimulating action removes pore-clogging dirt and reduces the chance of bacteria buildup that can lead to spots.
When used twice daily as directed, a 125ml/4.2 Fl Oz bottle lasts for 4-6 weeks.
