Altesse Studio Vitalis Body Brush

An at home lymphatic drainage ritual, developed with Emmanuelle and Rebecca Trévalinet, the mother and daughter therapists behind the Trévalinet Method. Their protocol draws on Renata França, Vodder and Kobido technique alongside the principles of traditional Chinese acupressure.

This is the more invigorating of the two Vitalis brushes. Natural white bristles for normal skin, firm enough to exfoliate as they work. The olive wood handle is shaped to be held vertically or horizontally, so you can follow the direction of the lymph, superficial or deeper. It sits comfortably in small and large hands, right or left handed.

THE FIVE MINUTE RITUAL
Use on dry skin before you shower, with no oil or cream, at a firm but comfortable pressure. Work the legs, stomach and arms, taking in the five main lymph nodes. Three times a week is the minimum. Every morning is better.
